• Infrastructure & System Telemetry: Log files, IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and system performance metrics collected automatically to secure our cloud environment and improve dashboard responsiveness.

2. How We Use the Data

EdurixAI processes the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provision, monitor, and optimize your industrial control systems and utility trackers.
• To provide real-time alerts, system health status, and SCADA control automation.
• To ensure cybersecurity integrity, detect intrusion attempts, and prevent malicious actions.
• To improve our machine learning models for predictive maintenance and energy consumption forecasting.
• To communicate system updates, maintenance windows, and respond to support requests.

3. Data Security and Encryption

Industrial security is our top priority. We implement robust, state-of-the-art administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption in Transit: All communications between your edge devices (PLCs/meters) and our cloud database are encrypted using TLS 1.3 and secure VPN tunnels.
